The Darla Series

While cleaning today, I came across a few old notes. My friend wrote me these while I was giving a report on Thomas Jefferson in History class. :)

"haha! i told you the moon was mad out of cheese!" "do i stil owe you 50 bucks?"

This series of notes also came to me with a cute page that she labeled "My First Kiss". .. And kissed it! haha it was so cute, but you couldn't really see it when i scanned it. Sorry. Anyway, stay creative!

Secret Sister

So, as many of you know, I am LDS. And whilst on girl's camp, we sometimes have 'secret sisters'. You are assigned a girl to write a note to. They can't know who you are! My secret sister did a really good job of making me feel special. And the card is way cute!

The green card came with a bag of gummy worms. How cute, right!

hey so as many of you know, this is a blog where i talk about my friends. and.. notes i get from them. :) during the summer, as many of you have probably guessed, the note-giving/recieving business is quite slow.. so bear with me, until the summer ends. i will be going to a fantastic new school that is supposed to be 95% paper-free. (so they will be providing (i think netbooks) or laptops for us to do our homework, uses text books, and email our teachers our homework ha:) so we'll see how that goes. love you all, check out the other blog, and stay fresh!

Awww Aubrey!

Today, I recieved a darling note from my wonderful Aubreyan. She was mad because I wouldn't let her write on my binder, so she grabbed my paper and wrote on it instead! I would scan it on for ya, but my printer is upstaires, and I am downstaires, and obviously lazy.

These Are Words

Every time I write my beautiful girlfriends a note. Here is the procedure: (:

-I always write on the back side of the lined paper.
-When I am done writing the note, I fold it down, and then sideways.
-When I fold it, I have to have the wide margin, usually on the top of the page, showing!
-I put: To: (NAME)
          Love: (either, ally, alexx, alexa, or me!)
-under that, i put these words: These are words, words for you!

Why, might you ask am i so specific in my note writing? I have no clue. Haha. The phrase "These are words, words for you!" comes from a poem i wrote as i was doodling a note to darla! Here it is:

These are words,
Words for you!
Oh wait a second,
They're for her too!
I love you so,
Yes! A whole ton!
Wait--come back!
Please don't run!!

Hahaha, I know, it's lame, but I love it! So now I print the first two lines onto all the notes I pass around. (lol, I'm a nerd). I hope you had fun!
